One bench, two presses

The studio started as a spare table and a broken nipping press. It is still one bench. Work is scheduled in half-day blocks so glue and type never share the same hour.

Materials come from three mills we have used for years. We do not keep an open catalogue; if a cloth or sheet is gone, the next book uses something else.

Write to the studio address on the colophon of any book we have made. We read paper mail faster than anything else.
